Procuror approached us with a vision to transform the way railway parts are sourced, bought, and sold. Our mission was to create a user-friendly platform that streamlined the entire procurement process. Procuror's website was designed to offer custom forms for RFQs, Tenders, Purchase Orders, and even conduct e-auctions, making it a comprehensive solution for railway part acquisition. Additionally, ancillary services were seamlessly integrated to support the railway industry's complex needs.
The challenge was immense - to develop a platform capable of handling the intricate demands of the railway industry. Our goal was to create a website that not only simplified procurement but also enhanced transparency and efficiency across the entire supply chain. Custom forms for RFQs, Tenders, Purchase Orders, and e-auctions had to be intuitive, ensuring that even users unfamiliar with the platform could navigate effortlessly.
We designed and implemented user-friendly forms for RFQs, Tenders, Purchase Orders, and e-auctions. These forms were tailored to meet the unique requirements of the railway industry, simplifying the procurement process for both buyers and sellers.
Our case study delves into the implementation of a toggle switch in the top bar of our platform, providing users with a seamless transition between "buyer" and "seller" modes via a single tap. This design feature was strategically devised to accommodate users who possess both buyer and seller roles or accounts on our platform. Its primary objective is to optimize the user experience by simplifying access to pertinent features and functionalities based on the user's current role or requirements. By adopting this user-centric approach, we've introduced a practical and user-friendly navigation element that significantly enhances the efficiency of transitioning between buyer and seller modes on our platform.

In procurement, 'enquiries' are requests from buyers to sellers for information or deals. There are four types: Tender (for complex plans), RFQ (to know prices), E-auction (online bidding), and Purchase Order (to finalize a deal). These enquiries help buyers find what they want and get good prices.
In buying stuff, there are different ways to ask sellers for things. First, there's a 'Tender,' like a fancy invitation for sellers to explain how they'd do a big job. Then, 'Request for Quotation (RFQ)' is just asking how much stuff costs. 'E-auction' is like an online competition where sellers try to offer the best price, and 'Purchase Order' is the final step, a formal paper that says, 'Let's do the deal!' Different ways to get what you need!
